Use the same store account and select “Restore purchases” in the game. Purchases do not transfer between iOS and Android.

Share the game version, device model and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, card numbers or a full receipt. Refund requests are managed through the store you purchased from.

Puzzles and local progress work offline. Advertising, store actions and restoring ownership after a fresh install may need internet access.

When advertising is unavailable, the existing hint remains free. Waiting for an ad to load is not required to keep playing.
